U.S. Attorney General Holder to step down, successor faces array of challenges
Wished I could say this was bad new but Eric Holder was a disgrace as Attorney General. This man was nothing but a political hack for the White House. He failed to or put minimal effort into investigating an significant accusation, even when requested by Congress. The list is long: The IRS Targeting, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, Vote tampering/fraud in 2012…Those are just a few off the top of my head. He has also perjured himself and been held in contempt of Congress. The man should have been removed a long time ago through impeachment but as we all know politics takes priority right now and the Democrats would never do that to their own. If Bush was still President and he appointed Holder they would all be up in arms… I just hope they don’t find somebody worse, especially if Al Sharpton is helping with the search.
Bloomberg can’t find enough anti-gun candidates to support
Good because there is this thing called the 2nd Amendment that specifically prevents this. There is a reason politicians want to limit and control guns, and it has nothing to do with protecting us. History shows the first things taken away when attempting to control the people is free speech and guns. Funny how those are the first two items in the Bill or Rights.
Ray Rice Video Sent To NFL Security Chief Jeffrey Miller In April, Law Enforcement Official Says
What Ray Rice did was awful and he should have his career ended. But what Roger Goodell did was worse by trivializing it and trying to sweep it under the rug. We knew exactly what happened way back when the whole thing started. The video just confirmed the story we already knew. The problem is that Ray Rice got a slap on the wrist with a 2 week suspension while somebody like Ben Roethlisberger got suspended for 6 weeks and never had any charges filed against him or even any evidence outside of being accused. Roger Goodell needs to be fired. He has consistently abused and mismanaged his position since he started and then attempted to cover up this incident. The Ravens need to be severely penalized as well for their part. Just cutting Rice is not enough from them now. The actions taken would have been acceptable months ago but now more needs to be done to ensure this does not occur again in the NFL. The video is really irrelevant at this point other than adding that they lied about receiving it to the pile of “wrong” with the whole situation.
